  • We have been taking our dog Jake to Norterra Animal Hospital for a few years now. Every experience we've had was wonderful. The place is always clean and smells great, the staff is very warm and so friendly with the animals. They also put worrying moms and dads at ease. Today jake had to undergo surgery for a growth on his head and we were nervous about it. The vet, Dr. Horvath was very informative, calm, answered all our questions and even discussed the situation over the phone to jakes dad who was currently working at the time. The staff put me at ease. When jake was done with surgery, I received a phone call reporting how he did, and they kept him there to make sure he did not have any reactions from the surgery. I am so happy we have a loving, caring, compassionate place to take our jake, and it's close to home. Thank you Norterra animal hospital again! Jake is resting and recovering
