  • When I moved here, I really wanted to like this salon with its cool vibe. It didn't happen - despite me persisting to go a 2nd and a 3rd time... I don't mind spending money for my hair- but not for it to be damaged with them ignoring my ask for Olaplex the 1st time, then forgetting to do that again in another appointment. The cut wasn't to write home either. When booking with Hudson, the trainee ended up spending more time with me than him; she was the worst at shampooing - I still had lather in my hair when I sat down for the blow dry! I was too embarrassed to tell her and didn't want to get her into trouble by letting him know... The checkout personnel was most of the time rude so all in all I did not enjoy my experience there and moved on...
