  • I rent through Terra West and their customer service sucks. I have been trying to get a garage door fixed and nothing has been done. I called Terra West to come out to fix my broken garage door and they said that they would send some one right away. Well after a day had gone by I thought I would check in and see if I could get an update. Well come to find out they don't have any record of anyone being asked to come to my house. Look at all the other reviews, it seems like I am not the only one frustrated with this company.
