  • Very disappointed at the delivery install team's lack of quality to hide a mistake driving a screw through both the tabletop and shelf without notice before they left. Moreover, disappointed with Customer Service making us wait another 4 wks before a technician can come over to confirm the table is damaged. If this is what I have to look forward to, guess I have to NOT shop at Ashley's furniture again. Too bad, so sad!
