  • I like AA design, but their quality is not good enough for their price. I came here because one of their staff in this location just pissed me off. The most arrogant staff I've seen in my whole life! She refused to exchange my shoes, because in her word "it's normal." If you called it normal, I guess you just proved that how bad quality you have. The leather is not even full sticked on the shoe! Those shoes are full of glue everywhere except the right place! Maybe you think I'm picky, but the return policy allows me to exchange my purchase as long as it's in original condition! I just bought it yesterday, only tried them on. Then I went to the other location, the staff told me they can't exchange for me because shoes are final sale! Nobody told me when I bought them! And the return and exchange policy on the receipt doesn't say so! I was already unhappy when I bought the shoes. I received email from AA saying there would be 20% off on ANY purchase, but when I checked out, I was told shoes are not on this promotion! You said ANY PURCHASE! Additionally, I find their sizing does not consist. I mean, their clothes could have different fit even though they were the same size. Just a few weeks before, I tried a long skirt, but i decided to buy it a few days later. So I just grabbed a skirt with my size which I already tried, anybody would assume they fit the same. However, when I went home and put it on, I couldn't even button up! I had to go to other locations, at least tried 3 skirts, they all fit different with each other, yes, with the same size tags! Either I'm just super unlucky, or they don't even follow a standard measurement for their clothing. Funny explanation by their staff, " It happens, because they're all handmade." What do you mean by "hand made"? Are you saying that those workers sew by hands? Do you know there is a video shows how AA manufacturers work? They do exactly like most clothing factories in the entire world, using sewing machines. Nothing special! AA company using "made in USA" as a marketing strategy. They say their products are sweat free, which means their employees all have reasonable wage. Well, if your workers are happier and living better lives, then impress me by your quality! I don't see it! By the way, actually not all of the stuff they selling are made in USA, they also sell something they called"multibrand". which means products not made by them. Guess what, I actually find some stuff are made in Japan, China and Hong Kong. Finally, I have to admit that their online store experience is way better. I'll give 5 stars for their online service. I would happy to buy online with discount.
