  • Ed and his team helped me get the most out of my property investment. I needed to move out of state for a job about a year ago, and Ed gave me some great advice on the pros & cons of renting vs selling. I had only had the house for about a year, and the market was flat, which meant that I would have lost part of my investment due to the costs of selling vs the price I could get at the time. I decided to try renting the property, and Evan took care of everything from getting the right licenses to coordinating the tenant reviews, etc. She was so awesome about helping me learn all of the details of being a landlord and was really patient while explaining everything. When I decided to go ahead and sell the property, Ed and his team got it cleaned up and marketed within a week or so after the tenants vacated it. He was great about advising me on every step of the process. For example, he helped me price the property well and also helped sort through all of the offers that came in during the first weekend, including explaining why the buyers were offering the bids they were putting in and how the appraisals could really end up costing me in the end with different loan types. There were loads of offers mainly because Ed and Liz marketed the house with really modern marketing methods. Everything went smoothly, and there were minimal repairs and work needed to prepare the house for closing. Closing happened on time, and I had my money in my bank account that same day. Ed and Liz were so awesome and on top of things that I actually learned how much I really should have learned when I bought the house the first time (with a different realtor unfortunately.) The most awesome thing about this real estate office is that everyone seems to LOVE working in real estate. I visited their office once, and Ed was so excited to show me how it was a really old, converted fire station. It's easy to see how much Evan loves her property management work, and Liz loves the whole real estate buying/selling transactions part. Natalie and Selma managed the front desk during the year that I worked with them, and they were always super about getting me information & explanations for everything. If you are looking for a realtor or a property management company, definitely contact this team. They are fabulous!!
