rev:text	I bought a Groupon to have my carpet & tile cleaned by Eco Clean Carpet and Tile Care. This was for a condo I own & wanted to have the carpet & tile cleaned to prepare to sell the property. I also planned on using them for my home if I was happy with this job. I had to wait for a week to get an appointment. Then the night before my appointment, I was called by Christina who was one of the co-owners and was told they needed to cancel my appointment because their carpet cleaner was in an accident and they could not get to me for another month. They told me that they did not have enough employees, & I could just get a refund on my Groupon. To say the least, I was very upset!! #1. I felt that they did not want to honor their Groupon #2. If you are going to use a company like Groupon, you should have enough employees to handle the business #3 They showed very poor customer service & business ethics I would definitely not recommend this company!!
