  • I wish I could give zero stars. Derrick the manager on duty there has lost our recurring revenue forever. We went there today and wanted a wash. Our month renews tomorrow...NOT today! The machine said we had to renew. We proved on our bank site payment comes out every month on the 24th. He would not let us wash our car stating "there's no proof it'll come out." The fact it auto renews monthly for the last 7 months wasn't a clue for him. He stated this happens all the time with their systems and if we got double charged we'd have to deal with that later. His seemingly uncaring demeanor was only furthered our anger. I insisted he call his boss...he walked away so we could not hear or speak to the real manager. He returned and told us his boss agreed and we couldn't wash our car. He gave us the website to complain and told us he was OK losing our business. His employees standing there could not believe he was acting this way. I hope everyone reads and avoids them at all cost! There are too many car washes for that kind of service.
