  • The Spa at Harrah's has all the best amenities and the most qualified staff of all the Total reward properties. You get excellent service and the privacy you request. As a seven star and diamond couple we demand loyal to Harrah's because of this benefit (the Spa). We would like to mention some exceptional people: Maria- (massage therapist) very professional and dedicated to her clients Deena- ( aestetician) provides awesome facials, very personable Steve - provides excellent customer service in a variety of roles Lindsay- very efficient and attentive Lawrence- very considerate and supportive to everyone Antoinette checks in often with her spa guests to make sure their needs are getting met. Does way beyond her job description to provide excellent customer care.
