  • The food here NEVER fails to impress here - from the quality of the ingredients, to the combination of every component of the dishes. That being said, everything on the menu is a must try. The chef, Bryan, is so talented and makes almost everything in house. Every course of the meal is executed to perfection by the amazing staff. Humble, lively and comforting, Salmigondis is hands down THE best restaurant in Montreal.
