  • Dr. Germin have no bedside manner at all. he is rude and treats you like you're ignorant. we patients have questions and it is our right to know the answer, instead of listening, he will lecture you of not interrupting him. i have never interrupted him. i waited for him to finish his sentence then i ask questions. if you let him know about other things that concerns you, he will rudely tells you to seek a different doctor. his medical assistant (i think her name is Christina , blond hair with glasses) is also RUDE, she talks to you like Dr. Germin talks to you. these people have no compassion, no sympathy to patients who are seeking answers to what is bothering them. they expect you to just shut the hell up and understand every freaking medical terms that you never heard of. they charged my insurance so much money and treats me like shit for asking questions. i have NEVER been to a doctor office where the doctor and his assistant are SO RUDE. they made me feel that i am an old senile person who does not understand shit. i cant even imagine how they treat old people who are really senile. shame! PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THEM.
