  • Went in to buy a battery for my vape, BOB, the owner sold me one saying it was universal with all threaded tanks, took it home, charged it, and it ONLY works with the separate tank he added as a "bonus" for purchasing the 65$ battery. I clearly let him know I didn't need/want the tank, just a good battery. He was very eager and polite to sale me the battery. Since I already have 5 tanks I prefer with universal wicks I promptly returned the battery with the tank unused, all in original packaging and unused. I politely asked for a refund because the product did NOT work as he had said it would. He said he would only refund my money if the product was "broken" and I politely told him in was in perfect working condition except it does not work with the tanks I own and prefer that he assured me that it would in the first place. He offered to exchange it for a different battery that costs was less and not give me even the difference back in cash. There are signs posted that have their return/exchange policy anywhere in the store and I pointed that out to him. He also never gave me a receipt. He at that point got mad and very loud and slammed the merchandise down on the counter and said "How about this!? Your stuck with it! I'm not taking anything back, I'm not giving you a refund and I also won't exchange it! I don't even have 65$ to give you. It's 1030am and we don't keep money like that here!" So I asked if I had been a customer who had came in to purchase something how would he give me change? He then yelled louder and in a language I do not understand. Then he got even more mad and me being a very small girl got a little scared. We were the only two in the store. I just grabbed the merchandise and walked out a little shaken up and scared at how rude and loud he had been. I'll just say this business is ran very poorly and I will not be returning. I will also be reporting him to the better business bureau and other reporting agencies as well. As a woman you should never feel scared going into someone's place of business.
