| - From the other reviews, I expected everything to be great at the Hyatt House. That was not my experience at all. I guess the problem is in room 110, and maybe the rest of the hotel is fine. In room 110, the air conditioner had a terrible leak, in fact, the floor was soaked. They attempted to fix it and acted as if this was a new problem, but while I was putting a towel on the floor beneath the unit, I noticed that the carpet floor board had separated from the wall, showing long-term water damage. Their fix didn't work, and we spent almost one week with a soaked floor. Additionally, I had reserved a crib for the room and they brought me a pack n' play which was loaded with crumbs and covered with stains. There was constant noise in the hallway, even overnight. Slamming doors, etc. The staff is very quick to apologize, but never truly offered a solution to for our soaked floor. At&t did not work so I had to use my cellphone while standing by the window. Plates and silverware in the kitchenette were dirty.
