  • 4-1/2 stars, really. This is a small hole-in-the-wall place that serves superior Pho. I've been to a lot of Pho restaurants in the NW in search of the best, and this place is it. Their Pho is the right amount of flavour in the broth, with good portion sizes, and very quick courteous service. I've come here several times and ordered different dishes each time:Steak and noodle, Chicken and noodle, and triple-pork (I forget the exact name) pho. All were delicious in their own way. I've also twice ordered spring rolls to start and have always enjoyed them: crispy and containing a good blend of meat (or veggies) and sprouts. What amazes me the most about this place is the speed with which the pho comes! You've barely had a chance to settle in and the giant bowl of great-tasting broth and meat is in front of you. The space itself is crowded and tight, so that's the only downside. (It's hardly surprising, considering the quality, that it's always packed.) Come and eat their pho! You won't regret it!
