Well....my 1988 Cadillac purchase was essentially saved from being a write off by Tony finding the ONLY part that has been discontinued by GM manufacturers for my engine....all through the engine rebuild process, Tony took me in to the shop area and explained what was up with the engine every step of the way and the professionalism, customer respect in all areas was something that was much appreciated by me and I am quite sure everybody you go to that level with. Honesty at all levels is a high priority to me as a customer and so is respect and you provided both. Only minor complaints to offer...D. (initial intended as I know sometimes people need reminders) brush up on consistent customer service and when u tell a customer something....follow through and when u tell a customer something...do it....good guys working there who showed interest and respect....10 auto shops in my neighborhood alone who have good people working there too so you don't have the " lockdown" on honest workers....so coming from someone who's been in customer service all his life....Keep it consistent no matter what u have going on...also...get some serious floor mats when ur working on peoples cars....not every customer drives " hoopties" and doesn't care about black, chunky pebbles and shellac being ground into their cars interior...it's a pain in the butt to get out....Anywayz, Tony...there's the review you have been asking me to finally write...lol...Thanx for saving my car and the respect from u and the guys.
