  • **This review is strictly regarding the service received** Called with regards to customized shirts I wanted. Initially, the administrative staff seemed friendly and helpful. I had gathered a few details about the business and my options, followed up with an email requesting a quote and schedule, and the lady I spoke with informed me it would take a few hours at most. I followed up the next day as this request was considered to be urgent (wanted to get an idea of how long the printing would take them, I was ready to pay extra if needed). I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and called back to be put on hold again (with the same lady I had emailed my requests to initially). Decided to order my shirts online through another company to avoid the hassel of dealing with unsupportive administrative staff.
