I scheduled my poodle to get a hair cut on a Wednesday at 9am and wanted to pay extra to get the express cut done (which takes approximately 1.5 hours). I planned on waiting in the store and doing homework because my classes started that day. However, on the day of, they called me at 7:30am and asked to reschedule to 8am. When I came in, they said they could no longer do the express cut. After picking up my pup hours later, He smelled and looked great, but he still had mats in his fur EVERYWHERE and I paid an extra $7 for them to de-mat him. It wasn't just a few, there were knots behind his ear, all over his head, and his armpits. The main reason we took him was because of the knots (as we were not able to bath him for two weeks after being neutered and he began to mat quickly & our efforts with a brush was not helping with). Additionally, the shampoo/conditioner they used cost another $21. Overall, my dog should've looked perfect and I shouldn't have to touch anything up after having to reschedule & pay $92.
