I was satisfied with the experience I had with 72 Degrees other than the attempt to take advantage of my lack of knowledge in maintaining and fixing HVAC units and how much it costs. If I would have paid the $900.00 and later learned exactly what work and parts were done I would have been extremely dissatisfied by the amount I had agreed to pay(but signed for). I realize there are situations different from mine which would require that amount or more but I had very specifically explained mine and hope that (like I said) no one else would allow themselves to be taken advantage of. I would also encourage others to write about 72 Degrees (good or bad) in order to publicly establish their honesty and reputation. I didn't add a start kit but replaced the contactor and capacitor for $32.00. Figuring that your company would've had to make a visit, r&r a contactor and put a start kit in(didn't need the exchanger cleaned) I would've paid about $250 or $300 max.
