Pretty disappointed this morning with the hospitality from Cantina. My husband and I came for brunch and everything was going pretty well, his appetizer came, we got out drinks. And we noticed that our entrees were taking a long time (45 minutes). Everyone around us had gotten their meals and ours were super simple (a bowl of soup and a quesadilla). So I politely asked if our waiter would check for us. He came back a few minutes later saying we were one of the next 1-2 tickets. 10 minutes later he brings out a burrito to my husband - who ordered a quesadilla). So we sent that back. 5 minutes later he brings out my soup covered in cheese (I asked for no cheese), so I sent that back. Etc, etc.
One would think that now would be an excellent time to offer some sort of discount if not the entire ticket comped due to the repetitive mistakes and excessive wait times. Nope. Full price, no apologies.
Overall the food is really good here but experience was pretty poor. Hope they make some improvements to customer experience.
