  • The kids had a great time until we found an older bleeding on one of the trampolines, and when the staff was notified by us they didn't even know how to handle the situation! You would think they would have a protocol for situations such as this. They clearly had no idea what to say or do with the kid. They didn't even remove the teen from the jumping area so while they were getting a bandaid for him he continued to get back on the trampoline with a bloody toe! It was ridiculous the way they handled it.
