  • I am only giving them 2 stars because the pricing is good, however the service is very poor. I was told after they took my down payment (50%) that it would be 60 to 90 days before my granite order arrived. I was a little surprised by this, but based on the cost I was happy to wait. 90 days rolls around and no word from them, my shipment is still on its way to Calgary. Finally after 120 days (4 months) my order arrives. The cut and quality was good, however during the install they managed to damage our flat finished ceiling. The installers just shrugged their shoulders and would not do anything. I called the main office and sent them pictures with the damage and they agreed to send someone to look and fix it. Instead they send the installers back with a bucket of drywall mud to patch the hole. Not sure what part of already finished ceiling (skim coated and painted) they did not understand, but patching with drywall mud does not really fix the damage done. If you want cheap pricing with poor customer service than this place will probably work for you, however I would caution against buying from here.
