We had already gotten our prescriptions from another place that apparently didn't accept our insurance for glasses, just for the exams, so it should have been a relatively simple process. The store was pretty busy, so we had already picked out frames by the time someone was available to help us. It took the girl an hour to put in the insurance information for 3 of us. We ended up having to leave before we could order and intended to go back the next day. Well, we decided to try another place near our house, and we found the exact same frames for less than half the price of Eyeglass World. They had a deal of 2 pairs for $159.99 (in addition to other price points) if you weren't using insurance, but if you were using insurance, each set of frames was $159.99. So it's not a deal at all if you're using insurance. And their mark up is insane! I found the exact same "designer" frames at the other place for just 69.99. I wound up going with a pair that was $129.99 but was priced at $179.00 at Eyeglass World. Shop around and save yourself some time and money.
