  • I'm giving this company one star because there's nothing less than one star. Within a couple of weeks after having my vinyl floor installed in my kitchen the seam started opening up so I called and they sent someone out to repair it. For the past couple of months the entire seam has now opened up all the way across the floor. I contacted them again they came out, took pictures and I was told that I would be notified within a day or two as to when they were going to repair it. That was over a week ago. I just called only to be told that they were going to do nothing about it because it's out of warranty. Their warranty is one year and my floor is just two years old. So bottom line I have a totally useless floor that I'm going to have to have replaced because the company that installed it couldn't do it right and is not going to do anything about it. I would not recommend using a company that has such poor customer service. What would it take to have someone come out and re-glue the seam? Never again with these people.
