  • After visiting the Vega Blvd location disappointed (no stock, not the best customer service) we decided to call this location to see if they have the balloons we needed for a party the next day. They happily told us to come in, even though the store was closing in about 15 mins. When we got there, they were closing in 5 mins but was so willing to help us and did the balloons quickly....not even mad that they had to stay after their shift. We received such awesome customer service that night and all my frustrations from the previous location were erased! Alexis and Addison were the two employees helping us, but actually all the employees we encountered were helpful that Sat night. Checked online the next day to see if I can email the head office regarding the awesome customer service we got but I couldn't find a contact. Anyway! Go to this location to any of your party needs! I know I will! Thanks again!
