We have been renting a home from Waypoint for 6 months. During this time we have had two minor repairs. Both times the process to set up an appointment was simply preformed with many details taken. Service was performed during time of appointment very professionally and courteously. I always knew what repair was taking place and how long the repair should take. The only reason that I rate 4 instead of 5 stars, is during the initial walk through the listing agent notated minor repairs (most cosmetic) for which she stated she would place work orders. I was never contacted about this work. Although I feel a little mislead, this has not impeded our enjoyment of the home.
