  • I'll start out by saying that staying at any Ritz property is far better than most other hotels. The level of service is exceptional. Staff all makes it a point to know your name, and are always prompt and courteous. The dining was exceptional and the public areas were well cared for and decorated. Why I am disappointed is with the room. The shower had rust stains from the handicap bar, the carpet was coming up at a seam, there was no hot water, and the towels were rough and looked old. I was extremely surprised by this. It didn't make for a bad stay, but it appears that the rooms could use a refresh. At least mine did.
