  • While not totally new to the Champaign-Urbana area, we didn't know it well enough to make a definitive decision about buying a condo. Mariya was rated highly on yelp and her web site was well made, so I emailed her and she quickly got right back to me. She figured out what we wanted and gave us a selection of units that could satisfy our needs. We drove from out of town to look at her selections several times and she was always on time for our meetings, a not inconsequential factor when we've driven three hours to get there. She stuck with us through the closing, keeping us from mistakes and conveniently arranging as much paper work as possible to be handled online. She's professional, very tech savvy, perceptive, speaks enough languages to satisfy almost anyone, and detail oriented. And she has a great sense of humor. I don't know why you'd use another realtor.
