  • DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING! Steve sold us our unit that had to be repaired shortly after installation. The warranty was supposed to be 100% comprehensive everything covered according to our sales guy Steve, however, since it has rained we have leaks in our house our warranty does not cover the damages. They do not operate an honest business and I don't understand how they even stay in business. We were better off with our old ac unit that was over 10 years old, at least we didn't have any leaks back then.
