  • All these post, are self post. AZ rental homes is a joke. Being a tenant i have filed a maintenance work order pending for over a month. I went in to speak with someone and the owner was there. She was the most disrespectful rude, person I have ever encountered. I said two words about how I was upset about what as going on (calmly) and she threatened to kick me out of the building. He male broker was also very rude to my roommate, and tild us if we wanted to be evicted he could do it. I have spoke with may attorneys and I am pursuing action. Stay far away from this company!!!!
