rev:text	This place oozes "customer service". Correction: oozes "Caring about the customer". I found Bob and Phoenix when I was looking for someone to do a pre-purchase inspection of a used Toyota that I was interested in purchasing from a Madison non-Toyota dealership. I searched on-line and looked at the various mechanic ratings. I live out of town and wanted to get it done the next day. Local Toyota dealers were quoting a one week wait to do the inspection. Bob scheduled me in the next day even thought they were really busy. When I arrived for the inspection, Bob asked what I knew about it's history, if I was aware of any recalls, what kind of price they were asking, how many miles it had on it etc. He was clearly interested in doing more than just an inspection. He wanted to help me make a good purchasing decision. He then took me out and walked through the car with me, explaining what he was looking for and why. That included putting the car up on the hoist and going over everything under the car, the wheels, brakes, tires, etc. What I appreciated about his shop in the rapport they have with each other. He asked one of his co-workers to call a friend that works for a Toyota dealership to check on the particular model year and any known issues with it. While I had already extensively researched the model year, it was clear he wanted to be as thorough as possible. The way I was treated, the kind of service I received and the price I was charged made me definitely want to do business with Bob and his team again. They were extremely reasonable and the service/professionalism was absolutely fabulous. It was just a really pleasant experience.
