  • I waited two hours past my appointment time and never did see Dr. Young. Part of a successful doctor/patient relationship is for each party to be respectful of each other's time. There was no evidence that Dr. Young or his staff had any such concerns. I was in considerable pain due to four fractured spinous processes in my back, and had let this office waste enough of my time. My suggestion would be to look elsewhere for an orthopedic surgeon.
