I feel like Shark Club has gone through a number of phases since opening. Initially there seemed to be endless marketing money and a real push to get established. Then as the location matured they have been working to find their niche in the already overcrowded segment of restaurants. The food has been pretty consistently good but not gourmet. Jambalaya is solid, but not a signature dish. Had the Burger & Pint for $15 today.. as a friend pointed out a Big Mac meal will run you $10 and this burger was awesome compared to one of those AND had a pint! So will be around again soon, just wish there was a bit more in the way of options.
