The new management is absolutely a joke. I could always communicate with our old management. Not these new people.
We pay for our amenities which are not working most of the time like our pools and hot tub. They finally just opened pool. Hot tub is still cold. They randomly decide to shut down our entire clubhouse multiple times for many hours allowing us no access to the computers, movie room, or bathrooms. They claim it's their office and they shut down for lunch and meetings. We NEVER had that! First of all people normally alternate lunches so there's no need to shut down and second, close your office and leave our clubhouse open!
Then they refuse to work with you. The last management if there was a problem. As long as you communicated it was fine. These new people know my circumstances. I was diagnosed with cancer and had to stop working many of my jobs depending on my friends and family to help me. I started working again and am desperately trying to get things together while still going through chemo and they are just racking fees and refuse to make an arrangement with me. Old management has never done such a thing. They actually cared and would work with you. I can't wait to get out of this dump. It's gone down the toilet.
Let's not even begin to talk about the gaping hole outside my house which has yet to be fixed. And the maintenance while they may reply and get out quick do a half job in dealing with your issues. It's like they just gloss over and do a for now type of job.
Now I must also say the caliber of people here has gone down the tubes. Lots of college kids as they use it for housing for the art institute and lots of loud ghetto neighbors. Like I'd rather have more loud rowdy college kids than what we have.
The "gated complex" is a joke. It's always open and the kicker....they definitely don't care who they allow in.
Seriously I've had issues with people who lived here who I literally have had to get restraining orders on. As well as people who pick on the kids out here so that the cops are here frequently for nonsense.
