  • DO NOT STAY IN THE WEST WING! Stay away!! I have never stayed at MGM..it's my first time here so I assumed "it's the MGM they MUST have all nice rooms". No! The west wing hall is ugly dirty and disgusting and then I open the room and there is no rest"room" u literally walk into the restroom once you open the door. The cleanliness is NOT well done either nasty fingerprints all over and OMG what topped it off was the DISGUSTING vent full of dust (dead skin and who knows what)RIGHT NEXT to your bed! So when you are sleeping you are breathing that Filthy bacteria filled whole. I went downstairs and told the front desk and they made me pay to upgrade so don't waste your money and precious time on a west wing.. Very disappointed for my first time at MGM and there was no complimentary nothing... At least a drink for wasting two hours total settling/checking in.. and I love Vegas.. I usually come every month.. Oh well this is how we learn. The guy at the front desk was nice tho. Because of him I gave an extra star.
