My husband and I come here as our go-to date place when everything else fails. The owner/manager - when he's in - gives everyone complementary spring rolls and he is very accommodating and also makes sure that his customers are happy and satisfied. The waiting staff could have a little more personality but the food makes up for that. My faves are the tomato based ramens. The reward system they have is good incentive to continually come back but with technology these days, they could upgrade from collecting stamps on business cards to some kind of app? Or permanent reward card. Parking can sometimes be a hassle, but nothing I can truly complain about.
My only irk about this place is space. It gets busy and when it does, customers are left to wait in the tiniest foyer and sometimes even outside. A majority of the time, customers are waiting with the door open staring at you eating your food. And when it's cold, you don't want that damn door open with cold air on your hot ramen. I wish they could do something about that, but I know that is not possible.
So for now, I give this place 4.5 stars out of 5. I'm going to come back regardless.
