  • When I went to Levin to look for furniture, I wasn't bothered by anyone. When I came back, I knew exactly what I wanted and ordered it. That part was fine, it's everything after that was horrible. I had my furniture delivered by two guys who were horribly unprofessional (yes, I understand they are delivery guys, but it was not cool). They had trouble getting my couch in the door, and ended up taking off all of the feet. This is fine, until days later I realize, they only put some of them back on, leaving my couch uneven. Also, I had a full bedroom set delivered. They kept trying to get me to sign their papers, so I wanted to make sure I really checked the bedroom furniture. EVERY piece was scratched up. They guy then pulled out a wood marker/sharpie, and asked if I wanted to fix it. Upon further inspection, he had already tried that with other scratches and made a joke about me catching him trying to cover it up. They assured me an entire new set would be delivered by the end of the week. Just to be sure, I followed up with Customer Service the next day. Turns out, the guys didn't go through the proper channels to have my new, unscratched set delivered. Had I not called, it would have never shown up. I was treated like crap by Customer Service, and when I asked who I could make a complaint to, I kept getting handed off to random people. Upon speaking with the Delivery Manager, he completely brushed me off and told me he would talk to the guys and follow up with me (which he never did). He also said, they equip their drivers with the proper tools (aka sharpies) and it is their job to point out the scratches and offer to fix it. Not to try and cover it up though, right? When I had to call Customer Service about the foot to my sectional, the woman accused me of taking it off and losing it or breaking it. Was very rude to me, and rushed me off the phone in under a minute. They really need to get their act together. My replacement set is delivered today. Hopefully, it is in better shape... but I'm not counting on it.
