  • Stopped by Flirt a few weeks ago to finally get a hair cut. I've been going to another salon for months trying to grow out my hair in preparation for my wedding and not going overboard on styles or anything. Needless to say my brown hair was VERY long and in need of some TLC. Thanks to all previous yelpers who posted reviews about Flirt because you guys are the only reason I gave this place a chance. My 3:00 appointment was with Jamie for a cut and color. While I waited I was offered water, coffee or wine by a friendly receptionist with AWESOME red hair. Jamie promptly greeted me and then discussed some hair color options. She took her time listening to what color and cut I wanted. I had brought in my Mac to show her some celebrity styles ideas (gotta love that J-LO cut). We started with color and then under the dryer for about 15 minutes. As Jamie said, the longer she let the color sit the longer it will last. During the color wash all customers are treated to a lavender hand massage which was truly relaxing. Then to the cut where Jamie and I continued to chat and then a little after 5 I was done. My hair cut wasn't exactly what I had in mind but I don't blame that on Jamie at all, it's just hard when you try to match a cut with something you see online. Tips if you're on your way to Flirt: -Book your next appointment at the salon and they will discount $5 when you come back -If you're looking to get a cut with Yani (the owner) book well in advance since she was already taken when I asked for her -Free wifi on site if you bring your laptop I will be coming back in February since the Chandler location is convenient, the pricing is competitive and the friendly staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. :D
