  • No cars. Supposedly half an hour wait. They have stale pizza and donuts. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I've shown up at Hertz to find no cars. I'm glad they're not running a real business, but next week I'll be trying National. After a wait, I got a GIANT mini-van (yes, that's a contradiction, I know) with no GPS, instead of a mid-size car WITH GPS. Any advantage to the plane arriving early was lost while standing around waiting for a car to show up ... but mind, you look out in the lot and SEE cars. By the way, I wrote to Hertz to describe the problems with the rental. 5 days later - still no answer.
