  • I switched from my previous property manager to Golden West three years ago for my house in Tempe and am very glad I made the switch. In those three years I have never had a problem with the property or their management, a marked difference from what I experienced with my last company. They have always been prompt and professional in their communications with me. If there was an maintenance issue with the property they immediately notified me so I could get it fixed in a timely manner and kept me in the loop the entire time. Whenever we had a change over in tenant, the house was quickly rented due to their proactive advertising efforts. I highly recommend Nelly, Lauren, Jessica and the entire team at Golden West if you are looking for a hassle free experience with a rental property.
