  • Dr Hankins and his staff are great. After setting and canceling a few appointments with other doctors (mostly due to the expensive consultation price), I decided to call Dr Hankins as they were offering a no fee consultation. From the beginning, the staff was very polite and understanding about my needs. When I scheduled my first consultation appointment, I told my husband " if you don't feel comfortable or do not like any of the staff just say 'no thank you' and we will look elsewhere." But immediately upon arrival we felt very comfortable and the staff was extremely welcoming. Bambi and Dr Hankins answered all of our questions and made us feel confident about going forward. Then we met with Susan (very nice and friendly as well!) to discuss finances. She provided us with a no haggle price that was within our budget. I am wary of sales pitches but everything went so smoothly and the price was right, so we walked out the door with a date set for my surgery. Before my surgery I was extremely nervous and asked to talk to Bambi and the anesthesiologist. They made me feel very comfortable and safe and that they did really care about my results. Specifically, I was worried about that the size would be too big for my petite frame but they assured me that it was the right size for me. After three months, I love my results and have not had any complications.. I cannot say enough how happy we are with the results and the care I received and continue to receive. I trusted them since the beginning and I will trust them again.
