Very good coffee in a cool and comfy space, with some fun and some slighly disturbing artwork hanging on the walls. I tried both their regular drip coffee and a decaf Americano, and enjoyed both. They seem to take coffee seriously here, and I like that the beans are carefully sourced and roasted locally. I deeply appreciate that they offer half and half that has no rBGH, the artificial growth hormone that is injected into dairy cows. I wish more coffee houses cared enough about their customers to think of details like this. I was also comforted to know that the espresso beans are Swiss water process decaffeinated, which is both healthier for us and makes for better tasting decaf. I did receive some attitude from the barista for ordering decaf, but it was in the spirit of fun and not hostile. I understand, as I used to be a bit of a coffee snob myself when I was younger. I can only take so much caffeine these days, however, and am always on the lookout for chemical free decaf. I skipped the food and snacks here, so can't comment on those.
