| - Cox is a horrible service provider and horrible with billing! Automatic payments were set up twice, even called a customer service rep to confirm auto payments, and was told I was set up. The next month, I was sent an email, telling me my bill had not been paid. Called customer service again, just to be told that I was not set up. How does one rep tell me that I'm set up, and the next tell me that I'm not? When I ask this rep, what could have gone wrong, he just apologized over and over, without even answering my question. We went through this about 7 times before I finally made him answer my question. I told him that I didn't care if his answer was that he didn't know, but I wanted answer to my question, instead of just apologizing.
Their Cox Connect app is useless! It has never shown the correct status of my services. When my services were out and technicians were looking into the outage in my area, it showed that my service was working. When My services were working, it showed that 2 out of 3 services were not working. WTF?
My internet service is also VERY spotty. There are sometimes when my connection is so slow, that websites don't open properly and speed checks don't register. A very sad service!
Trying to see what my other options might be. I might be stuck with this POS service.
