I arrived early for my appointment and found out that there was a miscommunication about my appointment time. In addition the MRI unit was currently undergoing service. After about an hour long wait the office Manager Ericka, asked to see me and personally apologized for the wait time and explained everything that was happening. She was personable and genuinely cared about my experience as a patient there, this was very refreshing. Thank you Ericka! The Technician was helpful and friendly and informed me about the procedure and process for receiving the results of the MRI. After the procedure I was led to the check out desk and they made a copy of the scan on a CD for me and let me know I could get a copy of the report as well within a few days. Overall an excellent experience!!!
