  • Might be good for a/c business but definitely a mess when it comes to the plumbing side of it. They started work on sink plumbing issue on Friday and said they would be back Monday to finish between 8-12p as they knew I had to go to work. Didn't show up and when I called dispatcher said due to Dr appt and meeting they were running behind. You would think an unfinished job has top priority but not with them. Rescheduled for next n lets see if they show up on time. Will not refer them to anyone nor will I use them again and neither will I call their sister company Plumbing Masters as they also had their hand in this mess. ****UPDATE UPDATE..Received call from General Manager Bryan who assured me that my issue would be resolved the next day which is today and it sure was. I have regained my confidence with this company and am pretty sure that should there be ever any issues they will be immediately taken care of. Thank you
