  • C-U Taxi is not professional at all! The service is horrible! They did not pick our large group on time on the way to our destination & on our way back... We saw them in passing & they said they would be right back to pick us up... we called, they said they were on campus after seeing them just around the corner from where we were at... we waited an hour than decided to take a taxi b/c it was too cold to wait outside. horrible service when we called... the first thing they tell you when you call is "we still have your alcohol" they say this several times when you call too. it's not about the alcohol, it's about picking us up. the guy that picked up hung up on me too for inquiring about when he was going to pick us up. DO NOT RENT FROM C-U TAXI!!! Horrible service!!! :(
