  • I moved to Harlow about a week and a half ago and have been quite pleased both the staff at Harlow and the price/value proposition of living here. The Harlow staff, specifically Katrina and Renee, have made the move in process seamless for me and my roommates. They are all professional, responsive, and friendly. I am truly impressed by the commitment to service displayed by this team. With severely crunched for time in my moving process, I honestly did not have time to do a tour or do extensive research before signing a lease and moving in; I had to trust and rely on my roommates' opinions and what I observed on the website. When I moved in, I was pleasantly surprised by high-end finishes and appliances, spacious floorplan, cleanliness throughout the complex, and abundance of community amenities. What you see is what you get. As an added benefit, it is great to be so close to the Freeway!! and other restaurants/stores. All of these benefits come for what I believe to be a very reasonable price, providing a superior price/value proposition to any other apartments. I Look forward to a good year ahead!
