  • Never have I stayed in an apartment with such disregard for customers and respect! I just recently asked to replace a toilet seat and cover because it broke from previous use! They said it's going to take 24 hours to replace! That's outrageous! How am I to use my bathroom when I live in a 1 bedroom! I always pay my rent and they give me shit for a little problem like this! This place takes forever to fix anything! When I first moved in the dryer made a loud noise that you could not stand! Whether you are sleeping or watching a movie it was extremely loud! It took 2 weeks to fix and my dishwasher never worked ever since I moved in! This place is horrible! No incentives to stay if you want to renew your lease and no one is helpful! They are fake and will tell you anything to make you feel like you are taking care of! Do yourself a favor and find another apartment!
