The selection of house made sausages, charcuterie, choucroute and Cassoulet is unparalleled in my opinion and Charcuterie de Tours is always a interesting fun stop when I am at Marche Atwater. There must be 20 or more mouth watering varieties of sausages on display almost every day, if you are fortunate to have a kitchenette in your hotel room remember this name you'll be glad you did!
