  • Visiting Las Vegas. Needed a flash drive for password recovery. Very confusing store. I was sent to the Mac/iPad area for a Windows compatible drive. Then, waited 5m+ while the only teller explained features to a customer. Absolutely, each customer deserves to understand what they have or are purchasing but when the line built up... itf was the security guy that called for additional tellers. And the manager on duty, Evan... busy assisting someone on the phone. Wow! I guess they are understaffed and poorly managed. Won't go back to THIS STORE.
