  • As of this writing, I'm on hold for 13min. Horrible service! According to yelp, i need to make this longer. Don't know what else to say. I'm still on hold. Whoa! The apple voice came on to say reps are still busy. Um, 13min for this voice response!? I know apple doesn't give a hoot for this review. They're too big to care, lol
